New to WPerizo? Here you’ll find quick answers about who we are, how we work, and what to expect when you partner with a WordPress-only agency.

WPerizo is a WordPress-only agency operated by Coderizo LLC, Florida. We cover the full WordPress ecosystem: website creation, WooCommerce shops, migrations, maintenance, repairs, and custom plugin development — with 20+ years of experience and 500+ completed projects.

Businesses of all sizes — from solo entrepreneurs launching their first site to established companies running complex WooCommerce stores. We act as a long-term technical partner, not a one-time vendor.

Yes. We serve clients across the Americas and Asia-Pacific with a multilingual, multi-time-zone team.

With a free, no-obligation consultation. We assess your situation, define the scope, and give you a transparent cost estimate before any work begins.

We work with four clearly separated hourly rates. Support Package clients pay $69 per hour for support work beyond the 2 hours included in their monthly package. Clients without a Support Package pay our standard support rate of $89 per hour. WordPress Repair — one-off fixes, malware removal, and troubleshooting on any site — is billed at $89 per hour. WordPress consulting is billed at $139 per hour, with a reduced rate for Support Package clients. All work is tracked to the minute and estimated upfront. Volume discounts are available at 40, 80, and 160 hours.

FAQ

WordPress Maintenance

Wondering what professional WordPress maintenance actually covers? Here you’ll find answers about updates, backups, staging, and what separates routine care from major upgrades.

Manual WordPress core and plugin updates (1–2x monthly), critical security patches applied immediately, staging-first update testing, and automated offsite backups retained for 14+ days.

Automatic updates skip compatibility testing. We test every update in a staging environment first — preventing the live-site failures that automatic updates commonly cause.

No. Major upgrades (1st digit version changes) involve variable workload and are quoted separately. We notify you in advance with a cost estimate.

Yes — 10% off if you also host with us.

FAQ

WooCommerce Maintenance

Running a live shop means zero tolerance for downtime. Here you’ll find answers about why WooCommerce maintenance differs from standard WordPress care — and what’s protected with every update cycle.

WooCommerce updates must be verified against payment gateways, checkout flows, and order processing — not just visual layout. A failed update on a live shop means lost revenue. The additional cost reflects that responsibility.

No — major WooCommerce, theme, or core upgrades are quoted separately. We always notify you in advance with a workload estimate.

If your site processes orders or payments via WooCommerce, you need the WooCommerce package ($89/month). All other WordPress sites use the standard package ($69/month).

FAQ

Support Package

Not sure if a monthly support retainer makes sense for your site? Here you’ll find answers about what’s included, how the hours work, and how to get the most out of your package.

2 technician hours per month covering phone support, content updates, technical fixes, and priority service with a direct line to our team. All work tracked minute-by-minute.

Support Package clients pay $69 per hour for any support work beyond the 2 hours included each month. Without a Support Package, our standard support rate is $89 per hour. Volume discounts apply at 40, 80, and 160 hours. Please note that our WordPress Repair service is billed separately at $89 per hour, and WordPress consulting at $139 per hour.

FAQ

WordPress Migration

Planning to move your WordPress site to a new host or domain? Here you’ll find answers about the full migration process — from backup to DNS cutover — and what to expect at every step.

Full site backup, transfer to new hosting, domain and URL updates for all internal links, SSL setup, plugin/theme reconfiguration, functional check, and minimal downtime — typically under 15 minutes.

Typically under 15 minutes. We prepare everything on the new server before switching DNS, so visitor disruption is minimal.

Plugin and theme conflicts, broken layouts, slow loading, PHP/JS/CSS bugs, database bloat, security breaches, malware infections, and failed updates — on any WordPress site, regardless of who built it.

WordPress Repair is billed at $89 per hour, tracked to the minute. This is our on-demand repair rate and applies to one-off fixes without a monthly package. We provide an upfront estimate before starting and communicate proactively if the scope expands.

FAQ

WordPress Custom Plugins

Considering a custom plugin for your WordPress site? Here you’ll find answers about when a custom solution makes sense, how development works, and what happens after delivery.

When no existing plugin meets your specific business logic — custom booking flows, API integrations with CRMs/ERPs, proprietary calculators, advanced user interfaces, or automated workflows unique to your operation.

Compatibility checks are part of every project. We follow WordPress coding standards to ensure clean integration with your existing theme and plugin stack.

You own it fully. Future enhancements or compatibility fixes are handled at the hourly rate or via the Support Package for smaller changes.
