Support is active and on demand — 2 technician hours per month for content updates, questions, small fixes, and priority phone access. They solve different problems and work best together.

No. Third-party licenses, hosting, and content creation are billed separately and disclosed before purchase. Major version upgrades of WordPress or WooCommerce are quoted individually because the workload depends entirely on your plugin stack. Everything else in the agreed scope is covered by the stated price.
