Maintenance is passive and technical — it keeps your site updated, backed up, and secure without you doing anything. Support is active and on demand — 2 technician hours per month for content updates, questions, small fixes, and priority phone access. They solve different problems and work best together.

No. Third-party licenses, hosting, and content creation are billed separately and disclosed before purchase. Major version upgrades of WordPress or WooCommerce are quoted individually because the workload depends entirely on your plugin stack. Everything else in the agreed scope is covered by the stated price.

Yes. An initial call to discuss your project, scope the work, and give you a realistic estimate is free of charge.
