What's Not Included - Stated Upfront

Transparency means naming the exclusions too, not just the inclusions.

Third-party licenses

Premium plugins, themes, and payment gateway fees are billed at actual cost. We recommend only what's necessary.

Content creation

You supply text, images, and product data. We don't fill your site with placeholder copy that damages your rankings.

Major version upgrades

WordPress or WooCommerce first-digit jumps (6.x → 7.x) are quoted separately — the workload varies enormously depending on your plugin stack.

Hosting

Available separately; combining it with maintenance earns you 10% off.

Sites without a child theme

These aren't update-safe. We can prepare yours for maintenance — quoted individually.

Discontinued plugins

If a plugin you rely on is abandoned, we flag it and quote the replacement rather than silently absorbing the work.

Pricing FAQs

Questions About Cost, Answered

A complete, professionally built WordPress website costs $2,950 as a one-time fixed fee. This includes a design based on your corporate identity, mobile-first responsive layout, six pages, technical SEO from launch, GDPR compliance, and a full staging preview before go-live. There are no hourly add-ons for the agreed scope.

A complete WooCommerce store costs $4,950 as a one-time fixed fee. The higher price relative to a standard website reflects the additional scope: product pages, category architecture, cart, checkout, e-commerce-specific SEO, and stricter GDPR handling for payment and customer data. Premium plugin licenses and payment gateway fees are billed separately at cost.

$69 per month for a standard WordPress site, $89 per month for a WooCommerce store. Both include manual core and plugin updates 1–2 times per month, immediate critical security patches, staging-first testing of every update, and automated offsite backups retained for at least 14 days.

A shop carries revenue risk that an informational site does not. Every update has to be verified against payment gateways, checkout flow, and order processing before it touches production — not just visual layout. The $20 monthly difference covers that additional testing and risk management.

No. All monthly plans — maintenance and support — are billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly. We keep clients through results, not contracts.

$89 per hour for repair, WooCommerce troubleshooting, and custom plugin development. Support Package clients pay $69 per hour from the third hour onward. All time is tracked to the minute and itemized on your invoice.

Yes, and the discounts stack. Hosting plus maintenance saves 10% on maintenance. Maintenance plus the Support Package saves 10% on the Support Package. Support Package clients also get a reduced $69 hourly rate and a discounted consulting rate. Volume discounts apply at 40, 80, and 160 hours.

Maintenance is passive and technical — it keeps your site updated, backed up, and secure without you doing anything. Support is active and on demand — 2 technician hours per month for content updates, questions, small fixes, and priority phone access. They solve different problems and work best together.

No. Third-party licenses, hosting, and content creation are billed separately and disclosed before purchase. Major version upgrades of WordPress or WooCommerce are quoted individually because the workload depends entirely on your plugin stack. Everything else in the agreed scope is covered by the stated price.

Yes. An initial call to discuss your project, scope the work, and give you a realistic estimate is free of charge.

One-time projects are split 50% at project start and 50% at go-live. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Hourly work is invoiced after completion with a full task breakdown. Contact us for accepted payment methods.

Yes. WPerizo is operated by Coderizo LLC in St. Petersburg, Florida, and works with clients worldwide. All prices are quoted in USD and our team covers multiple time zones, which is what makes genuine 24/7 support possible.
